K2M Labs — Trust Ledger

Trust,
Privacy & Terms.

Effective — May 2026

Plain-language rules for private context, student data, AI use, organizational work, payments, and responsibility.

You can bring the messy version here.

We will treat it carefully. K2M Labs works with unclear problems, private decisions, student learning journeys, organizational pressure, and sometimes sensitive context. Trust is not decoration here. It is part of the work.

01
Plain promiseWhat stays true

We help make the problem clearer. We do not take the decision away from you.

K2M Labs may help you map a decision, organize context, name assumptions, or find a next move. The final judgment remains yours.

We may use what you share to respond to you, deliver KIRA, run trainings, prepare diagnostics, improve our tools, or support the service you asked for.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not treat private context as public content. We do not publish your story, student work, organizational material, screenshots, or messages without permission.

The simple rule: if you shared something in trust, we handle it as trust material. If we ever want to use a story, example, or result publicly, we ask, anonymize, or transform it so the person or organization cannot reasonably be identified.

02
InformationWhat we collect

We collect the information needed to respond, deliver the work, and improve the experience.

The exact information depends on how you use K2M Labs.

We may collect your name, email address, school or organization, the path you are interested in, messages you send through forms or communication channels, and context you choose to share during KIRA sessions, trainings, diagnostics, or workshops.

We may also collect payment confirmation details and basic website analytics such as page visits, device type, browser type, and referral source.

We use this information to reply, provide access, prepare materials, support learners or clients, process payments, improve K2M Labs, maintain quality, and meet operational or legal obligations.

We try to use information in a way that serves the reason you shared it.

03
KIRA & AIUse carefully

AI can help you think. It should not become the final authority.

KIRA may use AI systems to organize context, ask better questions, identify assumptions, summarize information, and suggest possible next moves.

AI can be wrong. It can miss context. It can sound confident before the real problem is clear. Use KIRA as a thinking aid, not as a substitute for professional advice or personal judgment.

KIRA is not medical care, therapy, legal counsel, financial advice, emergency support, or a guarantee that a decision will work.

If something affects your health, safety, money, legal position, education, employment, or family, check important information before acting.

K2M Labs helps make the terrain easier to inspect. The move still belongs to the human.

04
StudentsLearning data

Student data is for support, not shame.

Trainings may involve names, submitted work, reflections, learning artifacts, group discussions, forms, or facilitator notes.

We use student information to support learning, guide facilitators, improve materials, and help learners produce better work. Programs should not rank, shame, expose, or exploit participants.

We may use anonymized patterns to improve future trainings. For example, we may notice that many learners struggle to frame a question clearly, or that an exercise needs simpler instructions.

We do not publish identifiable student work without permission. Where a school, parent, sponsor, institution, or partner is involved, additional rules may apply.

The student should leave with more agency, not more exposure.

05
OrganizationsConfidential work

Organizational material stays inside the work unless we agree otherwise.

Diagnostics and advisory work may involve workflows, strategy documents, process notes, interviews, internal context, or operational material.

We use this information to understand the real constraint and provide better support. We do not treat internal organizational material as public content.

We do not disclose confidential organizational information unless required by law, necessary to deliver the service through approved partners, or explicitly agreed in writing.

If a custom agreement, statement of work, school agreement, or partner contract applies, that agreement may add more specific rules.

Map the constraint. Protect the context.

06
TermsResponsibility

Use the work to improve judgment, not to outsource responsibility.

By using K2M Labs, you agree to use the website, tools, trainings, and materials responsibly.

You agree not to harm, threaten, exploit, impersonate, upload illegal or abusive material, submit someone else’s private information without permission, misuse K2M Labs systems, or interfere with the website and services.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for the decisions you make after using K2M Labs.

K2M Labs does not guarantee admission, employment, funding, business growth, academic performance, personal transformation, operational savings, or any other specific outcome.

The work can improve the quality of thinking and action. It cannot remove uncertainty from reality.

07
OwnershipMaterials & payments

Your context remains yours. Our materials remain ours unless we agree otherwise.

K2M Labs owns its website, brand, systems, training materials, diagnostics, prompts, written content, designs, and original materials unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, resell, reproduce, or redistribute K2M Labs materials without permission. You own the personal context, examples, documents, and original work you bring.

If we create a custom deliverable for you or your organization, ownership and usage rights may be handled in a separate agreement.

Payments may be handled by third-party providers. We may receive confirmation details such as name, email, phone number, amount paid, and transaction reference. We do not intentionally store full card details on our own website.

Refunds, cancellations, and payment terms may differ by product, cohort, training, or service.
